FAQ
What’s the difference between embroidery and screen printing?
Embroidery involves stitching your logo or design directly into the fabric using thread. It’s durable and ideal for polos, jackets, and hats.
Screen printing is a process where ink is printed onto fabric, making it great for larger designs or bulk orders on t-shirts and hi-vis gear.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Our minimums are:
6 items per design
10 items per design

Can I supply my own garments?
Absolutely. We’re happy to decorate garments you supply, provided they meet our minimum standards. Please contact us before sending any items.
What file types do you need for logos?
We recommend vector files like .AI, .EPS, or high-res .PDF. For embroidery, a DST file is ideal, but we can convert your logo if needed.
Do you offer logo setup/digitising?
Yes. We offer professional digitising for embroidery, which is a one-time setup fee. This file can be reused for future orders.
How long does production take?
Turnaround time is typically:
5–10 business days
7–12 business days
Rush orders may be available—just ask!
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes. We’ll send you a digital mock-up for approval before we begin any work. This ensures your logo is placed, sized, and coloured exactly how you want it.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Definitely. The more you order, the better the pricing. Get in touch for a custom quote based on your needs.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship across Australia using trusted courier services. Local pickup is also available for nearby customers.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes! Once your logo is set up with us, reordering is simple. Just let us know the items and quantities, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What sizes do you offer?
Our workwear ranges from XS to 6XL, depending on the garment. We also offer tall and short fits in select items. Size guides are available on each product page to help you find the right fit.
Is your workwear compliant with Australian safety standards?
Yes. Our hi-vis and safety garments meet relevant AS/NZS safety standards, including high visibility compliance and flame resistance where applicable. Each product lists its certifications.
What’s the best workwear for hot weather?
Look for our lightweight and breathable options like moisture-wicking polos and vented shirts. We recommend cotton drill or poly-cotton blends for airflow and comfort in warm climates.
Do you offer women’s workwear?
Absolutely. We offer a growing range of workwear designed specifically for women, including hi-vis shirts, pants, and jackets with tailored fits and compliant features.
How do I care for my workwear?
Most items can be machine washed in cold or warm water. Avoid bleach, and tumble dry on low where allowed. Always check the care label for specific instructions to ensure long-lasting performance.
Do you offer bulk or trade discounts?
Yes—we support tradies, teams, and businesses with competitive bulk pricing. Get in touch for a custom quote on larger orders or ongoing supply partnerships.
What’s your return or exchange policy?
Unworn, unbranded items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Custom-branded garments are final sale unless faulty. Check our [Returns Policy] for full details.
